By far the majority of eating places are the small roadside stalls and small restaurant like coffee shops. Many look nice. If you don't like the place or the food don't look good, don't eat there. Here you find some of the restaurants we found worthwhile to visit.

Probably the only western restaurant open 24 hours a day and not belonging to a hotel. Rustique, a bit farmhouse style and a combination of restaurant, pub and bar. Upstairs is even a pool table, free for those who consume. As the front is open you get later at night a "happier crowd" as the bar never closes. The fair is typical German, with bratwurst, pork knuckle, fried potatoes, potato salad and whole grilled chicken. Breakfast consist of bacon, sausage fried potatoes and eggs, bread, butter and jam...24hours long.
